Diagnostic Hearing Assessment
A comprehensive assessment that provides us information on the severity and type of hearing loss present. Results with report sent to appropriate medical professional as required. This appointment is usually free for ACC and VANZ claimants. If hearing aids are purchased at Blackmore Audiology this appointment is free. *
Hearing Aid Discussion
This appointment is a comprehensive needs assessment where Sara will work with you and significant others, where appropriate, to find the best solution for your communication needs and to work within your budget.

Hearing Screen
Not sure if you have a hearing loss? A hearing screen is great way to get an indication of where you are at with your hearing. This available for people 18 years +
Annual Review
Most people’s hearing and communication needs will change over time, hearing aids also need some ongoing maintenance. At an annual review your hearing will be tested and hearing aids checked to ensure they are still performing to specification and meeting your communication needs. Adjustments will be made to the hearing aids as appropriate. Annual reviews are free for the first 2 years for hearing aids purchased from Blackmore Audiology. This appointment is typically free of charge for ACC and VANZ claimants.
